In this workshop you will learn how "fermented" tea is made and how you can make your own from locally foraged leaves. For many years now people have been flocking to fewer and fewer service providers. This results in a more centralized and less diverse internet.

In this talk we will discuss what efforts there are in either services yourself at home or collectively in small cooperatives, and why we should strive for a more diverse and decentralized internet. Finally, we will showcase the efforts done by Robur and the wider Mirage community towards easier self-hosting and diversity in software.
