Irina is an associate professor in the 'Technologies in Practice' and 'Interaction Design (IxD)' research groups at the IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Her main research focus right now is on the role communication technologies play in supporting social networks and the meaning personal relationships hold for individuals involved in them.
