Introduction to open source chip design and the main driver for creative innovation, Tinytape out. Tiny tapeout is an open-source platform for hackers, makers, and hobbyists who want to do their first chip.

After an introduction to the tiny tapeout ecosystem, we get a chance to explore some of the designs that were taped out on Tiny Tapeout 06. Here we will get an idea of what can be done with the platform, IOs, size of the design, and speed.

After that, we build a custom design, try it out on an FPGA, and prepare it for submission to the next tinytapeout shuttle.
