Breaking DKIM with the 16 year old Debian OpenSSL Bug Feedback

In 2008, a severe bug was discovered in Debian's OpenSSL package that broke all cryptographic keys generated with the vulnerable version. Earlier this year, I discovered that a substantial number of domains used DKIM keys vulnerable to this 16 year old bug.
