When Anne Jan was 6 his father got a C64, games even on tapes were expensive so off to the public library to get some BASIC books. This is how he learned debugging (with pencil in the books) as well. Never stopped coding. Started professionally in the early 2000s as C/C++ programmer. An uncle gave him some old PCBs which started a life long love for hardware hacking. Currently working as Head of Engineering at the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports.

Events for Anne Jan Brouwer
During CCC Camp 2015 I started lobbying for a badge for the 2017 Dutch camp that turned into SHA2017. It started with a simple 3 point manifesto. Since then badge.team has made a plethora of cool badges for all kinds of hacker events.
This talk goes into how Badge.Team started and what kind of interesting issues came into and overcame.
All the way up to the latest Konsool hardware design releases and it's commercial sibling Tanmatsu.
