This is a technical presentation of the systems and design approach in the upcoming video game Gravity Break, developed largely as a solo project.

In the game, you pilot a rocket in the Solar System, navigating newtonian physics to get rich from the interplanetary cheese trade. I will show the current state of the game through the available demo and earlier prototypes, and talk about how the physics simulation has informed the gameplay and created interesting creative constraints to controls, economy and the pacing of the game.
