Privacy lightning talks are five minute presentations on the subject of privacy.
Privacy is a broad topic that can mean many different things. Whether you want to broaden the perspective or sharpen the definition of privacy, or maybe just pose thought provoking questions about it you are welcome to submit your proposal.
By making privacy a subject for discussion we hope that more people will be talking more and thinking harder about what the effects of privacy, or lack thereof, have on society. Given the role that technology influences both the implementation and perception of privacy, everyone involved are responsible and must make informed decisions.
Submitting a proposal for a lightning talk and tagging it "privacy" is all you need to do in order to be part of the change.
