Simple yoga for stiff nerds Feedback

Prepare yourself for a full day of hackathons by limbering up with a short session of Yoga and stretching exercises. Either follow along with the host, or do your own routine with some company.

I'd be willing to teach anyone my routine, and help you adapt it to your own needs.

Normally it takes me about 25 minutes but we can move slow for total beginners. It's a very gentle stretching that starts slow and focuses on neck and lower back.

Bring some sort of sleeping mat or yoga mat substitute to protect yourself from the ground. Don't worry if you're very stiff, I've been doing this for 3 years and it can still cause me to moan a bit.
