Using GDPR to force companies to respect your privacy
Feedback
At https://www.version2.dk/holdning/elmaalersagen-min-maalerloesning-version-ot2 I have blogged about my experience fighting smart meters due to privacy concerns.
In this talk I will go deeper into the details of the case - both from a legal and a technical perspective.
The case is about smart meters, but the implications are much wider: If we can use GDPR to force companies to take privacy serious - even if it costs them money, there may many other situations where this is relevant.
With a bit of luck Datatilsynet will have come to a decision before the talk; in which case we may know if it is possible to use GDPR to force companies respect your privacy.
